How can I order something?
Simply click the “Add to Cart” button when viewing products you would like to order. To see what’s in your cart, click the shopping cart icon on the top right. When you’re ready to place the order, click the “Checkout” button inside your shopping cart. You can also click “Buy Now” on any individual product page to place an order for that item immediately.

Paying with PayPal
You can easily make payments by credit* or debit card through PayPal. Having a PayPal account is not required to do this. However, if you would like to pay cash directly from your bank account, you would need to create an account with PayPal and connect your checking account.

How long will it take to arrive?
Once your order has been verified, it takes approximately 2 business day(s) to be prepared for shipment. Depending on the location of the order recipient and local conditions in the country, it may take 7-15 business days to fulfill the order. Do not hesitate to reach out to us for help to verify the status of your order.
How can I cancel my order?
An order can only be canceled before it is shipped. If you would like to cancel an order, you should contact us as soon as possible by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why didn’t my order arrive on time?
There are many factors that influence shipping time. For example, adverse weather conditions, official holidays, or crisis conditions such as environmental disaster or pandemic conditions may cause unforeseen delays. If we are expecting any delays or issues with getting you your order on time, we will send you email notifications explaining the details and conditions of the delay.
