Scott Hamish Returns & Exchange Policy


If you are not completely satisfied with a Scott Hamish purchase for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases made on www.scotthamish.com only.

Purchases on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon via Scott Hamish) are not eligible under this conditions. 

Products must be returned in new condition for a full refund within 15 days of the purchase date and are subject to validation and approval at Scott Hamish’s discretion. 

THIS POLICY IS EFFECTIVE FOR ALL PURCHASES MADE ON AND AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 2021.

 

1. Scott Hamish Returns Policy


Scott Hamish only accepts returns if the product has arrived in broken or severely damaged condition. To proceed with the return process please: 

  • Contact us at hello@scotthamish.com with your order number (#0000) and }”RETURN” in the subject line explaining the reason for your return in the body. Please include photos and evidence of the products
  • Include the Scott Hamish original packing slip with your items. Depending on the case we will decide whether you will need to return the items or we will provide you with a new shipping label or full refund. 
  •  You will receive an email confirmation once we have accepted your return or exchange request 
  • Shipping fees are not eligible for refund

It takes up to 30 days to process returns and credit your account or to issue an online store credit. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are not eligible for refund 

2. Scott Hamish Exchange Policy


If a product purchased at www.scotthamish.com arrives in a poor condition, you can make use of our exchange policy once we have determined that the items are subject for return or exchange. 


We will provide you with a coupon code that you will be able to use to exchange your originally damaged product for a new one.
