- Handling and packing takes between 2-3 business days therefore you will be receiving your tracking number per latest in 72 house
- You may cancel your order, without penalty, within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once your order is processed and leaves Scott Hamish warehouse, it will take between 1-7 days to arrive to its destination
- Tracking confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped
- Please ensure that your shipping information is complete and accurate. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address on your order, you will receive a partial refund with the original shipping fee* deducted from your total paid amount. If your package is lost due to an incorrect address you provided and is not returned to us, we will not issue a refund in any form.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTY
- Some countries may restrict import of cosmetic goods depending on their policies, and issues that may arise are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customers are also fully responsible for their respective country's customs and import taxes. For accurate information and estimation of import taxes, please contact your country's customs.
POSSIBLE DELAYS / UNCLAIMED PARCEL / FAILED DELIVERY
- Please note, there may be extra custom clearance procedures for some countries depending on the particular customs office which can cause delays from the original estimated time. We are not responsible for your customs clearance
- Scott Hamish is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.
- Failed delivery due to an incorrect address and/or lost parcel due to handling of the recipient country's postal service will not be considered for a refund.
